ULI OC IE INTERNSHIP EVENT 2021 | WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP INTIATIVE

This week, ULI rolled out our local OC/IE Women’s Leadership Initiative’s first ever Internship event to great success. I am so grateful to have had the partnership of so many wonderful, high-achieving women in pulling this event together, making it come alive in a virtual format with over 100 participants!

Like other sister WLI events across the US, our event was driven by the vision of increasing the visibility of women at the highest levels of commercial real estate by starting at the grassroots level. We are committed to engaging with women students in our colleges and university campuses, introducing them to paths into real estate, and facilitating early opportunities for them to enter the industry.

Thank you to all the participating Real Estate companies and professionals representing all aspects of the CRE world for joining us in this effort and embracing our mission. We hope to make this an annual event and continue to strengthen our community and promote the next generation of bright stars.
