The architecture and design pays homage to the industrial past of the neighborhood and celebrates the City’s prominent stature in Orange County’s historic Citrus industry.

In this uniquely walkable neighborhood within the commercial core, the buildings create urban edges for streets and bike trails that seamlessly flex into use as community open space.
