This sprawling villa, perched on a rocky outcrop above crashing waves, along the picturesque Gulf of Oman, was designed to address the needs and lifestyle of a high-profile family with deep ties to the region.
In response to the conservative values of the family, a variation of Cliff Villa - i was developed with strongly regional references.
The resulting aesthetic and experience is a contemporary interpretation of traditional Islamic Architecture, organized around a traditional network of indoor-outdoor courtyards and terraces overlooking and reaching out to the stunning coastline.
