JW Marriot Podium Specialty Facades @ LA Live

The Podium and Lobby facades of the JW Marriot Hotel and Ritz Carlton Hotel and residences lobbies are custom designed and fabricated systems that were developed for the unique nature of the lobby layout.

Every component is carefully crafted to meet a performance and aesthetic requirement. The glass is a unique custom blend of XIR and SGP interlayers, low e coatings, and low iron laminated assemblies. Te special make up being a response to the mechanical and comfort requirements of the 50’ tall lobby spaces.

The project design creates unique entry and is part of the icon for downtown LA and a worthy anchor for the LA live development.
