The master plan celebrates the deep relationship between the River and Mankind through the ages, narrating all aspects of living with water - from agriculture to trade, knowledge and celebration - in its design and programming.
The design vision embraces the existing agrarian ecology criss-crossing the site, and elevates it into a hot-spot of biodiversity, culture and the arts.
Each district highlights a unique aspect of living with water, culture and ecology, and designed with the intent to become a showcase for smart living and sustainability for communities of the future.
