Located on the site of the former Hawaiian Punch plant in the City of Fullerton, Citrea is a 55-unit affordable housing development. The architecture and design pays homage to the industrial past of the neighborhood and celebrates the City’s prominent stature in Orange County’s historic Citrus industry.

With the vision of creating a true neighborhood fabric within the development, the project was conceived as two buildings, each with its unique character, connected by airy bridges that also provide social spaces for its residents .

The facade of the 2 level garage that abuts the metrolink/amtrak track at the Southern edge of the site brings to life the Hawaiian Punch narrative with a full-scale mural by local artist Mark Tauber.
