Brookhurst Place is multi-phase Mixed-Use development at the intersection of the busiest Commercial corridors in the city of Garden Grove –Brookhurst Street, Garden Grove Boulevard.
Brookhurst Place Phase 2 has 348 additional units in 3 separate buildings, one of which is an affordable housing component. The development caters to a wide demographic, students, young professionals, families and empty-nesters.
Future phases include retail and a hotel.
In this uniquely walkable neighborhood within the commercial core, a 1 acre park forms the heart of the development, activating the community with year-round programming. Using color and form to provide distinct identities to each quadrant of the master development, the buildings are organized around streets and bike trails that seamlessly flex into use as community open space.
