Drawing inspiration from the sweeping dunes just beyond the edge of the city, the concept for this Mixed Use Resort and Branded Residences narrates a contemplative story of the land it sits on.
The design team was tasked with exploring multiple concepts through the design process with compelling design narratives to this mixed-use resort at the edge of the metropolis, The many design sketches explored stories of coastal coral reefs, and the dynamism of the desert.
