The hip, cool vibe of this hotel stems from a design approach of casual, affordable elegance and intuitive way-finding. Its planning leveraged the synergy between all its entertainment and food venues, creating carefully crafted nodes of accidental social collision. Within days of its opening, this development became an instant crowd-pleaser.
Just off the Las Vegas Strip, the 653-key hotel also included several award-winning food and beverage establishments, entertainment venues, and a 95,000 square feet casino.
Shortly after opening day, this property hosted the only hotel-based season of MTV’s Real World show, which involved converting six rooms into a telegenic space that sparked months of social interactions and relationship-building among seven strangers.
